Roster Format Instructions:
Roster has to be filled out & saved in the template provided (excel workbook .xls) in order for us to enter the scores online & upload your roster (please use only F, D or G when indicating player's positions on roster template or it doesn't upload properly & choose either right or left for the “shoots” column). When you email your completed roster in, please indicate what team you are from & also include in your email the names of your head and assistant coaches for the printed program.
