Travel is a part of the holidays, and it's a familiar part of being a hockey parent as Gentry Academy takes a trip up I-94 to St. Cloud for this metro area versus outstate matchup.

Gentry Academy is coming off a dramatic 4-3 victory that snapped Andover's 33-game win streak, giving them some well-deserved attention. At forward, Gentry Academy is led by seniors Grace Delmonico (3-0-3), Rachel Agerter (1-2-3), and Campbell Heger (1-1-2). Talented forward Cara Sajevic was injured in Gentry Academy's game against Andover.

On defense, senior Jenessa Gadzik (4-1-5) is one of the best at her position in the state, and has the ability to light the lamp or shut opponents down. Senior Zoe Laming (.848 save percentage) will likely get the start against St. Cloud at goaltender.

St. Cloud is hoping to re-establish momentum after a 4-2 loss to Central Lakes' foe Fergus Falls. The Crush are led at forward by senior Ava Schmidt (Endicott College commit) and junior Lauren Juncewski (3-3-6), and freshman Liz Bell (2-2-4) carry most of the scoring load.

On defense, junior Tatum O'Neal (0-2-2) and sophomore Teagan Ruprecht (0-2-2) will face their toughest test of this season. Junior goaltender Abby Stevens (.898 save percentage) will have to be at her best in order for St. Cloud to keep this one close.
