Here is another Central Lakes conference showdown between two teams who always seem to have close games with one another. Who will prevail this time?

The Otters are hoping to go on a run after a 3-1 victory over Northern Lakes. Fergus Falls is led up front by juniors Kellen Stenstrom (2-1-3) and Shane Zierden (1-2-3). So far, the Otter power play has yet to find the back of the net, something they hope to change against the Sabres.

On defense, senior Ethan McGuinness and junior Leighton Buckmeier will try to slow down Sartell / St. Stephen's attack.

Between the pipes, senior Ben Swanson (.944 save percentage) has started every game for Fergus Falls this season.

Sartell-St. Stephen is hoping to bounce back after a 9-1 drubbing at the hands of Chanhassen on Saturday. The Sabres' attack is led by forwards seniors Nolan Smith (0-3-3) and Jack Schmitz (2-0-2), as well as juniors Anthony Colatrella (1-2-3) and Baylor Stebbins (1-1-2).

On the blueline, senior Sterling McCabe (1-0-1) and junior Connor Anderson (0-1-1) bring experience and two-way play to the Sabres' defense corps.

Junior goaltender Noah Hacker (.857 save percentage) has been Sartell-St. Stephen's go-to option so far this season.
