Grand Rapids-Greenway is coming off a significant 4-2 victory over Section 7AA foe Forest Lake.

The Lightning is led at forward by sophomore captain Mercury Bischoff (32-20-52), as well as senior captain Kalle Reed (8-27-35) and junior captain Molly Pierce (8-17-25). Freshman Kylie DeBay (9-7-16) has emerged as a provider of secondary scoring for the Lighting this season.  

On defense, juniors Allie LeClaire (1-13-14) and Cali Madsen (3-6-9), as well as senior Jazzy Bischoff (0-9-9), try to work pucks back up to the forwards to keep the Lightning on the attack.  

Grand Rapids/Greenway has split starts at goaltender between junior Riley Toivonen (1.54 goals against average) and senior Samantha Baratto (.829 save percentage) this season.  

Bemidji is coming off a 5-2 victory over River Lakes. The Lumberjacks are led at forward by eighth grader Bailey Rupp (6-14-20), freshman Megan Berg (6-8-14), sophomore Ellie Solheim (5-4-9) 

On defense, juniors Zoe Fayette (1-4-5) and Mya Lundeen (1-2-3), as well as talented eighth grader Millie Knott (4-6-10), keep the puck out of the high-danger zones and support the play in the offensive zone.  

Bemidji has rotated at goaltender between junior Payton Weidemann (2.20 goals against average, 2 shutouts) and sophomore Ava Myhre (.884 save percentage, 1 shutout) this season.
