Defending Section 1AA champ Northfield is hoping to prime itself for the post-season with a challenging regular season game against Section 6AA contender Benilde-St. Margaret's.

Will the Red Knights give the Raiders a reason for hope, or dash them with a loss?

Northfield is coming off a 5-4 overtime loss to Owatonna. The Raiders are led at forward by juniors Ayla Puppe (Minnesota commit, 31-21-52), Emerson Garlie (18-14-32), and Isabella Stephes (Wisconsin-River Falls commit, 5-10-15). Northfield is very dangerous on the power play, as they find the back of the net at a 35.6% rate.

On defense, senior Lucy Boland (2-7-9), junior Grace McCoshen (6-20-26), and freshman Mia Miller (3-14-17) provide skill and efficient breakouts to keep opponents under pressure.
