Elk River has had a great run the past month...beating Blaine in the District 10 Championship Sunday. That earned them a #10 spot in this week's Rankings. Several great North teams in PWAA, but only Cloquet seems to be the one that stands out, so far. The Regional in Grand Rapids will be some great hockey. Especially the First Round with Brainerd and Cloquet tangling on Friday.

Major shakeup in PWA. Prior Lake sweeps the District 6 Tournament knocking out perennial T10 team Chaska Chan last week and then knocking off #2 Edina. Hats off to the Lakers. Hopkins wins the very deep and tough District 3 title and Alexandria holds down the #1 spot heading into the West Region in Anoka this weekend.

Five new members to the T10. Edina Green and Wayzata Blue were both knocked out of Regions last week, opening the door for District winners Wayzata Gold, St. Peter/LeSueur, and Edina White.
