All of the North teams advance to the Final Four...Alexandria, Moorhead, EGF, and Detroit Lakes. Moorhead wins in third OT skating just 3 on 3. EGF looks to be a tough team to beat the next two days. The battle for number two will likely come down to Alex and Moorhead.  Don't count out ISF, my guess is they could pull a Detroit Lakes and skate all the way back from the Loser's Bracket (note: DL lost in the first round last year and won 4 straight to skate to state).

Repeat...Marshall beats Wayzata. Let that sink in for a minute. Huge win for the Black and Orange. Orono and Luverne will be a great matchup as will Marshall and Delano..gotta go with District 3 in those two matchups. But who knows District 4 could prevail in both games.

No surprises in this Region. Tartan and Highland look to be on a collision course for Sunday in the "North". Some good matchups in the Loser's side of the bracket. 

D6 (Edina and Prior Lake) and D9 (Mankato and Northfield) all win. YHH likes D6 in these two semifinal games on Saturday. No major surprises here.
