All ballots are in, OMG is the #1 rated team in Minnesota. They out played Edina Tuesday and avenged an early season loss to the Hornets on Monday night. Knowing these two teams, they will face each other a few more times. Our guess is, the Hornets win the next time.
Rochester moves up even further in the polls, Elk River now in spot no one seems to be able hang on to....#4.

A lot of really good teams at this level...Mound beat Mounds View Irondale Sunday, but it wasn't a convincing win - which leads us to think there could be some musical chairs here. MVI looks built to make a run at state...they have so much size and skill. JCNSP and EGF also are talented teams with a lot to boast.
Seeing top teams like EGF, Alex, and Mound compete in the Founder's Cup against top AA teams like AV, Rochester, East, PCG and Owatonna will be a blast. Last year, St. Paul and Orono (two teams in State PWA squared off for the Cup). We won't be surprised if these teams are there on Sunday, too.

Hallock holds down #1...they will be a force all year. Both Edina teams creep up the ladder..they both won tournaments this weekend adding to the trophy case at Braemar. This level is wide open this year with so many balanced teams.
