OMG reigns supreme in PWAA, but don't look now...a lot of teams seem to gearing up for a stretch run. Stillwater only lost to the Leafbirds 3-2 in pool play in Edina. Remember, a year ago...teams like Duluth East, Jefferson and Prior Lake were nowhere near the Staff Rankings.

Teams will amp up this time of year and overtake the teams 3-10, just like that!

Edina jumps up with a nice win over Mounds View Irondale in the Edina Invite. The second tournament in a row that MVI has lost in the title game. Grand Forks moves into the top ten with an impressive string of wins including a win over their neighbors to the east.

JCNSP has arguably one of the best teams out there...they have won six in a row since losing to St. Paul before Christmas.

Commentary

This level is very deep with teams that seem to be capable of beating anyone inside the top 10. OMG hops over Hallock with a great string of wins in the Edina Invite - beating Edina White twice, Edina Green once and Park Cottage Grove in the semis. That resume earns them #1 for now.

Northern Lakes jumps into the top ten with some gaudy numbers...they look tough. So does Morris Benson...undefeated so far!
