Andover earned a 3-1 win over Edina on Sunday to capture the state crown.

For the second time in three years, Andover has claimed the state's 12UA title, edging familiar foe Edina with a 3-1 win on Sunday in Eden Prairie, the same arena where the Huskies bested the Hornets in the finals of December's Danglefest.

The Huskies managed to overcome being called for four penalties during the game, with Isa Goettl and Halle Dunleavy spotting Andover a 2-0 lead before Edina's Lauren Reppenhagen cut the lead to 2-1 with one second remaining in the second period.

Andover's Josie Hemp scored in the third period to ice the win for the Huskies. Hemp finished the tournament with nine goals and 11 total points, while Goettl led all skaters with four goals and 12 points.
