In one of the most entertaining games of the day, ’07 East edged ’07 South 8-6 behind a hat-trick by Dylan Otten and two goals and an assist from Most Valuable Player Gavin McNeil. ’07 East jumped out to a 5-2 lead over ’07 South during the first half, with Hudson Adams, Isaac Berberena, McNeil, Otten, and Carter Ganser all tallying goals.

Lucas Sawchyn and Rowan Vaughn each scored once in the first for ’07 South. Otten scored twice for ’07 East to stretch its lead to 7-4, but ’07 South’s Bryce Wiitala kept the game close with three goals in the second half for ’07 South, with a single score coming from Cole Cheeseman. McNeil added his second goal of the game with 25 seconds left in regulation to cement the victory for ’07 East.
