08 East entered the second half nursing a 1-0 lead, an advantage that quickly morphed into an insurmountable 3-1 lead over ’08 South en route to a 4-1 win and the 2008 Division crown. Sam Pacovsky scored the first goal for ’08 East in the win, staking his team to a 1-0 lead. Riley Zupfer and Hunter Boeckmann scored back-to-back goals to start the second half, and Boeckmann added his second as an insurance goal late in the second to ice the win. Cole Bumgarner scored the lone goal for ’08 South in the loss.
