Euro American Red and the Twin City Selects are tied atop Pool A in the 2006 Division with two wins apiece. The TC Selects rebounded after an opening loss to EAR to start the day with a 6-0 win over the Yuro Stars in the nightcap. EAR's Tanner Rausch has added to his point total after scoring five goals on the tournament's first day, and will enter the third day of the tourney with seven total points. 

The Northern Wings have mastered the art of the close win, scoring victories over Miracle Gold (4-1) and Breakaway (3-2). Powering the Wings' on their way to victory has been Kasen Muscha, totaling three assists and four points. Right behind the Wings in the standings are the '06 Minnesota Blades with a mark of 1-0-1. Nick Madsen and Andrew Karkoc each have a goal and two assists for the Blades.
