Not a lot of activity at 12A this week...only hiccup was Orono Westonka losing to Duluth in which they accounted for in the All-American Girls title game. Moorhead joins the top ten with a hot start. The Spuds will face some stiffer competition in the next 30 days. The top teams will be in Edina this weekend for the Cake Eater, which should produce some really good bracket play games.

Rosemount Green starts the year at the top of the totem poll, as they are undefeated against in-state opponents. Number three Moose Lake is undefeated, and has two wins over top- 10 opponents (Woodbury Royal and Apple Valley Burnsville). Number four Anoka-Rogers White looks like a favorite for D 10; they are outscoring opponents 43-7 and only have one loss. Willmar finds themselves at number six, with a huge win over top-ten intra district rival Litchfield Dassel Cokato. Number nine Red Wing has a lock down defense; outscoring opponents 27-1 through only 5 games.
