Edina retakes the No. 1 rating after Andover falls to unranked Minnetonka 2-1 on Dec. 6. The Hornets scored a 4-1 win over newly minted No. 10 Grand Rapids/Greenway this past week and will face No. 4-2A Wayzata and No. 5-2A Forest Lake in back-to-back games in the coming week.
The previously mentioned Minnetonka squad is hovering just outside the rankings at 5-4-1, as the Skippers have won three straight since a 3-2 loss to Maple Grove.
Elk River/Zimmerman exits the rankings after going 0-1-1 in the last week, with the lone loss coming against Andover by a score of 4-2 on Dec. 8.

South St. Paul hangs on to No. 10 since the Packers gave No. 1-1A Warroad its closest game of the season. The Packers and Warriors were tied 0-0 going into the last half of the third period before Warroad's Hannah Corneliusen scored the eventual game-winner with 7:22 left in regulation. South St. Paul's Delaney Norman made 29 saves in the tough loss.
Proctor-Hermantown drops to No. 5 after losses to Sartell/St. Stephen and Minnetonka, while fellow northern program Hibbing-Chisholm drops out of the rankings. The Bluejackets fall out of the top-10 due to a combination of a quality win by East Grand Forks (6-4 over No. 9-1A Fergus Falls) and losing to unranked Duluth Marshall 3-0.
