Edina wins the 15A Super Chill title in Blaine last weekend. Their second championship in three weeks.
Edina has another big week, they win the Centennial Super Chill last weekend, despite minor blemish tie with the Madison Capitols. OMG and Eagan jump into the top ten. Eagan ties number three Proctor-Hermantown over the weekend, the Wildcats are 9-3-1 on the year.

The number one and three teams in the State played Sunday in the Sweetheart classic in Woodbury and the number three team Woodbury (Royal) came away with the signature win over Minnetonka (Black), that makes them the new number one. Number three Moose Lake makes a solid case to stay in the top 3, as they stay undefeated and win their home tourney. Red Wing moves up one spot to number seven, they have a five game win streak in December. Mankato heads north to Grand Forks for an away tourney championship back home, they stay at ten.

Woodbury wins the Sweetheart tourney at home, they are now 8-1. The Predators ended Champlin Park/Coon Rapids' 12 game win streak. Bemidji continues to roll through the north, they won twice more. YHH will get a chance to see #6 Orono-Westonka and #8 Osseo Maple Grove this weekend at the Danglefest.

Two district 5 teams sit a top of the rankings for now, Hutchinson and Buffalo (Black).. they have a combined 19-0 record, and look to be strong contenders in a tough district. Mankato (Black) is at third in the first week of the rankings, as they have the most wins throughout the level for now. Anoka-Rogers closes out the rankings after a fast start to the season.
