Okay, follow along here PeeWee AA fans. Last week:

  • Eden Prairie falls to Tonka 7-0 (At that point, EP was sure to fall in rankings).
  • Tonka falls to Orono 3-1 (Oh gosh Tonka, what am I going to do with you?)
  • Eden Prairie beats Hermantown 10-4 (Yes, the same week they lost to Tonka 7-0).
  • Hermantown loses 8-2 to #1 Chaska Chan and beats #3 Osseo Maple Grove 6-2...IN THE SAME DAY.

One thing is certain this week, Chaska Chan is still the best team and Moorhead has seven in a row and are now in the T10.

Number three Chaska/Chanhassen improves their impressive streak to 19 wins, they have not lost for exactly two months! Number one Orono is the only team to beat the Stormhawks this year, would not be surprised to see the rematch come sometime in the state tourney. Rogers and Sibley move up one spot, to four and five respectively; Rogers is the second hottest team right now with a 11 game streak, and last loss was a month ago.

Commentary

Osseo/Maple (Grove) stays number one and undefeated this week. Stillwater (Black) goes to Wisconsin for a tournament in New Richmond, they win the tourney and bounce back a week after their first loss. Eden Prairie moves up two spots to number four as they beat last week's number four (Chaska/Chanhassen). Some big movement from spots 5-9, Buffalo (Black) up one, Mahtomedi up two, Moorhead (Black) and WInona both new to the rankings.
