A wild affair with a game ejection, disallowed goals and lots of spirited play - Woodbury advances to semis.  Logan Hensler and Tanner Zolnosky lead the way with important goals (2 each), but the real story was the Predator defense who kept the Ponies on the perimeter for most of the second and third period.

The Skippers scored five goals from all three lines and a defenseman Friday en route to an easy 5-0 win over Duluth East. Joe Mosiman had a goal and assist and provided great energy for the Skippers. Tonka advances to the semifinals Saturday against Woodbury, who they fell to in the Founder's Cup finals. They are an improved team and have redemption in mind.

A game of the day nominee. EP knocks off #1 Chaska Chan on Marcus Fechko GWG 26 seconds into overtime to lift Eden Prairie to the state semis on Saturday. The Eagles coughed up a comforrtable 4-2 lead when the Stormhawks got goals from Sam Scheetz and Brodie Ziemer in the final 2 minutes, but EP answered in Overtime to advance.
