Wayzata Blue's 1-0 lead over Edina Green lasted all of a few seconds on Saturday, as the Hornets racked up four goals over the latter stages of the second and third periods to earn a 4-1 win over the Trojans. Berit Lindborg scored twice for Edina Green, with single goals being chipped in by Eliza Fraley and Abigail Garvin. Mallory Coffin scored the lone goal of the loss for Wayzata Blue.

Game Notes

Proctor-Hermantown took a 1-0 lead 31 seconds into the third period, but could not hang on for the win as Minnetonka Black's Grace Sadura and Alex Alvarez scored two minutes to apart to send the Skippers to the state title game. The Skippers will face rival Edina Green in Sunday's championship game at 1:30 p.m. on Fogerty Arena's South Rink.
