The Favorite: Twin Cities Selects
Last year's runner-up after a dramatic shootout loss to the Minnesota Blades returns with a similar lineup to 2018. The team is blessed with speed and depth throughout the lineup and brings back Jackson Tuner and Will Dosan. Turner and Dosan finished among the division's scoring leaders with seven and five points respectively during the 2018 AAA State Tournament.

Blue Army finished second to the Twin Cities Selects at The Big One this year in Maple Grove, and the Mendota Heights-based program has all the tools to make another deep run in a tournament format. Michael Risteau finished second in scoring during The Big One with nine points in six games.

The teams coming to town from northern Minnesota offer a level of mystery and intrigue that make them impossible to ignore. Drew Paulbeck led the group in scoring at last year's tournament with five goals and six points, and solid goaltender Brayton Levesque also returns.
