Minnetonka picked up a 5-3 win over Wayzata after a tough run of games. The Skippers can score when the opportunity presents itself, topping seven goals in a single game three times this season. 

Rochester has proven itself to be a master of the close win, picking up both victories this season by two goals or less. Rochester beat Owatonna 5-4 and Albert Lea 4-2. Six of Rochester's seven losses have been by three goals or less this season. 

Stillwater has won two of its past five games, dropping a pair of matches to Pool B team St. Paul in the process. The Ponies have an average margin of victory of 4.2, which shows that when they win, they have the ability to win big.
