Elk River climbs to #5 with a 10 game win streak
Commentary
A crazy couple weeks in 15A hockey. Lakeville and Elk River go on winning streaks. The Elks win the Showdown in Potatotown and Lakeville takes the New Year's Super Rink title. Anoka-Rogers falls to NWC and Elk River, but beats Wayzata Blue to throw a major wrench into the top five. We basically put a blindfold on and chose teams.

Andover keeps rolling...they win the Fargo International on Sunday and stay undefeated.

Commentary
Woodbury (White) is up to number four this week, as they take down the previous number four LDC. Moorhead (Black) is back in the rankings this week, they take down previously ranked number six Bloomington (Blue). Undefeated River Lakes is at number ten this week, they still have a lot to prove against better teams. Andover wins the Super Rink Spectacular...they are making a push for the top 10.

Commentary
OMG goes to Fargo and wins - in a nearly identical result as the YHH Danglefest. The Leafbirds knock of Blaine/SLP 4-2 (Danglefest was 4-0). Lots of congestion between 6 and 15 ranked teams. Stillwater and Roseville-St. Paul are in the bottom half of the top ten, but are right at the top of District 2 right now.

Grand Rapids/Greenway (Orange) hasn’t lost since thanksgiving. Number five Cloquet (Purple) is outscoring opponents 108-29. Minnentonka (Black) is new in the rankings, after beating number ten Eden Prairie last week.
