Commentary

A lot of volatility this week in PeeWee AA. EP beats Osseo Maple Grove (again) and climbs. Chaska Chan beats EP and the cycle of teams into and out of the T10 continues. Woodbury keeps winning (and winning big)....the Predators have finally earned their way to the top spot. Some big mid-season losses this past weekend have the ranking staff confused....White Bear Lake falls to Champlin Park, Minnetonka takes an L from St. Cloud and Edina knocks Rosemount out of the top 10.

Top-ranked Roseville holds off number-two Faribault in the Falcons home tourney this past weekend - a potential state championship game?  Roseville looks like the clear favorite this year in PWA, they only have one lost to one “A” team. Edina is up five spots to number three after winning the OMG tourney this past weekend and beating past number four Northfield.

Minnetonka (Black) is up to number three this week, after a huge tourney win in Maple Grove. Number-six Moorhead (Black) is the hottest team in the bottom half of the rankings, the Spuds are on a nine game win streak. Grand Rapids is new to the rankings this week, they find themselves at number seven this week; the Thunderhawks have only five losses all year.
