Maple Grove finished strong, taking #4 in the state
Andover takes state with a dramatic win over three-time state champ Edina. Roseau with a strong finish, the Rams grab eight spot. Gauging by the 12A final rankings the last four years, look for more Andover and Edina clashes.
Best Game of Year: Andover vs. Edina II - Game one was a great defensive battle, game two had a nearly full bowl at the X, a four-peat on the line and live statewide TV audience.

With a nice late season run, Luverne grabs the #12 slot in our final rankings.
Breck with a three-peat in convincing fashion, they win state. But, Cloquet-Esko-Carlton won our hearts. Led by coach Courtney Olin, the Lumberjills beat highly ranked Proctor-Hermantown, Hutchinson and Warroad to gain state finals. Hutch beats SSP to grab the consolation.
