The road through White Bear was tough in 2019-20
Without a state champ crowned at Squirts and no clear cut MN #1, our staff set out to choose final rankings based on many factors (head-to-head, body of work and final 10 games).
Best Game - GB Junior Gamblers vs. Elk River (OT/SO) - Sometimes the semifinals can be more fun than the championship game. The Gamblers high powered attack was stared down by Elk River's Owen Stockman. The Gamblers known best for superstars Nolan Fitzhenry and Tony Timmerman were lead by goalie Drew Otten who made save after save in clutch moments to the lead Gambler to their first ever Squirtacluar championship game appearance.

Stillwater Red ends the season #11
Without a state champ crowned at Squirts, our staff set out to choose final rankings based on many factors (head-to-head, body of work and final 10 games). With 15 to 20 great Squirt B teams in Minnesota, it was a challenge to choose top ten teams each week. District 6, 8 and 10 all had great teams. Duluth's B league always produces great teams and stories. The only easy decision each week was choosing #1. Forest Lake went 32-2-1 with their only two losses in the Fargo International.
Best Game - Portman (Gold) vs. Glen Avon (Red) - The Bruins beat the Avons 5-1 to claim the Duluth City championship.
