The Gobbler Bantam B champions, Osseo-Maple Grove.
Osseo-Maple Grove kept The Gobbler's Championship Sunday from being an all-Edina affair, topping the Hornets 4-1 in the Bantam B championship game.
Jack Ampe scored twice in the win for the Leafbirds, netting a goal 39 seconds into the third period and then icing the game with an empty-netter in the final minute of regulation. Zach Schindel and Max Alexander also scored in the win for Osseo-Maple Grove. Emmett Nahlovsky scored the lone goal of the game for the Hornets.
Osseo-Maple Grove goaltender Kaden Martin was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player, and was joined on the All-Tournament Team by fellow Leafbirds Gavin Rickard, Evan O'Dwyer, and Jack Ampe.
Lance Einhorn and Steven Hardie were named to the All-Tournament Team for the Hornets.
Kaden Martin averaged nearly 20 saves per game en route to being named Gobbler MVP on Sunday.
