This is a Class 8AA clash which could potentially serve as a section championship preview of sorts.

The Roseau (6-1) attack is led by forwards, in senior and Franklin Pierce commit Memphis Mertens (9-4-13), freshman Payton Remick (6-7-13), 8th grader Jasmine Hovda (5-5-10), and senior Ginevra Johnson (4-6-10). On defense, a pair of freshmen, Kylie Bjerk (1-3-4) and Summer Byfuglien(1-2-3), help shut opposing lines down. Rams' head coach Amanda Giles has given sophomore goaltender Jade Pelowski (.924 save percentage) all of the starts this season.  

Brainerd/Little Falls (6-4) is coming off a 3-0 loss to Wayzata. Up front, they are led by seniors Brynne Folden (6-3-9) and Avery LeMieur (3-5-8), juniors Molly Hagelie (2-4-6) and Molly Pohlkamp (3-3-6), carries Brainerd/Little Falls' offense. Head Coach Tate Rusk has given junior goaltender Breya Sawyer (1.85 goals-against-average) the majority of this year's starts.
