Commentary

It's always a fun week when an undefeated #1 falls. Moorhead saw its 21-game streak ended Saturday to unranked Mahtomedi. Despite losing twice, Tonka moves up after a win over OMG.

Commentary

East Grand Forks is the new number one team in the state for PWA- the Green Wave haven’t lost to an “A” team all year and have many wins over solid “AA” squads. Number four Hibbing/Chisholm wins their hometown tourney this weekend, beating number six  West St. Paul 7-1 in the championship. Moorhead and Eagan are both new to the rankings this week. Spuds are 15-2-0 with one loss to EGF. Eagan has only one loss since after Thanksgiving.

Commentary

The new number five, Edina (White), has a big weekend in Bloomington - the Hornets win the tourney and pick up a win over previous top five team in Roseville. Number eight Minneapolis heads out west to Alexandria and comes home with a tourney win as well. Two new teams in the rankings this week are: Rochester (White) and Northern Edge. Northern Edge heads up north and takes home some hardware after winning the Hibbing tourney.
