This should be an interesting matchup between independent Hibbing/Chisholm and a confident Moose Lake. 

The Bluejackets are coming off a 2-0 loss to Grand Rapids/Greenway last week and hope to get back on the winning track against Moose Lake Area.

At forward, the Bluejackets are led by senior Julia Gherardi (7-8-15), sophomore Aune Boben (6-9-15), and junior Claire Rewertz (6-7-13). On defense, juniors Monroe Rewertz (2-4-6) and Abigail Sullivan (3-3-6) can break up the rush and chip in offensively.

Head Coach Peter Hyduke will probably will give sophomore goaltender Addison Hess (2 shutouts) the start against the Rebels.  

The Rebels are coming off a 10-1 rout of International Falls. Moose Lake Area is led at forward by sophomores Megan Hattenberger (7-6-13) and Gracie Hartl (12-1-13), senior Gabby Gamst (3-7-10), and freshman Sandra Ribich (6-6-12).

The Rebels' power play is operating at 41.2%. On defense, senior Raechel Painovich (1-7-8) and freshman Hallie Klavu (4-8-12) are poised at both ends of the ice. Rebels' head coach Reilly Fawcett will probably give freshman goaltender Mallory Hartl (.928 save percentage) the start against the Bluejackets.
