Commentary

Wayzata loses to OMG. But the ranking "committee" doesn't flip the switch quite as fast as most would like. Trojans still have wins over #2 and #3 and a better head-to-head record over #4. Champlin Park-CR moves up to #6, the Bluebirds have gone 15-2 in their last 17 games. Rosemount joins the party after a long stay just on the outside of the T10. The Irish  had a narrow loss to Wayzata and a nice win over Farmington and Lakeville.

Mounds View-Irondale (Green) has been moved into the top five this week. After a loss a couple of weeks ago they are back on the winning track. Brainerd is potentially underrated at number seven with a 21-1-1 record, the Warriors are on the brink of a huge move up in the rankings. Fergus Falls is put into the rankings as the number ten team; the Otters had a solid January at 10-2- on the month.
