A volatile week at the PWAA. We are getting more and more positive data from Rochester. Next week in Eden Prairie will be a good test for them. Blaine is also new to the party. District 10 is going to have some great games this winter at PWAA.

Our first crack at the PWA level. No real dominant teams has emerged now that Minneapolis opted up to AA. It looks like there are 5-10 good singe A teams so far and probably a few more in the northern districts that lack data. We think Eveleth Gilber Mesabi East will be a threat, they have a lot of kids. Sartell is well built for a great run for a state title. Luverne is off to a fast start in SW Minnesota as is Mankato.
Way too soon to tell in PeeWee B. Three districts with solid teams at the B's are District 2 (Hudson, White Bear and North St. Paul), District 8 (Eagan, Rosemount, and Lakeville) and District 3 (Orono, OMG, and Wayzata)...and don't forget, last year tiny Hallock skated undefeated all the way to the state semifinals last year.
