The big gainers are Hibbing and Grand Rapids this week. Both won tournaments up north, both have shown that they are ready for metro teams come State. Tuesday night Hibbing travels down Highway 169 to the IRA Civic Center for a game with the Thunderhawks. Stillwater knocks off Elk River and takes back their rightful spot at #3 in MN. Eden Prairie and Elk River dead even at the top. This week it's still the Elks spot.

Navy and Wayzata clearly the two best teams in Minnesota right now. A handful of suitors, most from District 8 wait in the wings for a chance at them in Regions and State. Woodbury wins their home tourney this past weekend with a nice win over St. Cloud.
