Bruins Get Third Win In Four games

Following a 1-4 start to the Bantam Elite League season, the Bruins have suddenly turned a corner, winning three of their last four contests. The most recent win came on Friday, as the Bruins thumped the Rangers 7-2 behind a three-goal, five-point night from Hayden Konik. Jack Ohlund added two goals and two assists in the win for Bruins, while Drew Pitts paced the Rangers with two assists.

The North Stars maintained their top spot in the BEL with a 4-1 win over Team North Dakota. Four players scored in the victory, with defenseman Ty Hanson recording a game-high three points with a goal and two assists. Ben Savangstu scored the lone goal in the loss for Team North Dakota. The win is the seventh in a row for the North Stars.

With a bad taste in their collective mouth following a 6-2 loss to the Bruins last weekend in Richfield, Team Wisconsin rattled off four goals in the first half in a 6-3 win over the Kings in Duluth. Quinn Finley and Braydon Beahm each tallied a goal and two assists for the victors, while the league's leading scorer Landen Gunderson recorded the same stat line for the Kings.

Despite giving up three straight goals in the final 16 minutes of regulation, the Sharks hung on for a 6-5 win over the pesky Penguins in the last game of the evening. Tommy Boisjolie scored twice in the win for the Sharks, with Aidan Willis also totaling two points on a goal and an assist. Austin Burnevik finished with two goals in the loss for the Penguins.
