Spooktacular 2019: Friday SQA Update

The Spooktacular enters its next-to-last day in Rosemount with Tiger's Blood atop the SQA standings.

Tiger's Blood Leads Pack in SQA

Through Friday, Tiger's Blood, based in Farmington, leads the Squirt A Division with four wins and zero losses, outscoring their opponents 54-21 in the process. So far, Easton Bahn leads the team in scoring with 17 goals, including 5 in a 17-5 win over the Pride on Friday night. 

Corned Beef N' Cabbage is in second place with a record of 2-1, falling on Friday to Tiger's Blood. CBNC will get its next shot at redemption against the Aces on Saturday at 3 p.m. Channing Goodwin of CBNC is the tournament's second-leading scorer with 10 goals. 

Five teams are tied with three points apiece, with the Aces, Breakaway Bandits, the Riveters, ProHybrid AAA, and the Pride all have won win through four days' worth of games. At 1-3, the Riveters are the second team, along with Tiger's Blood, to have played four games thus far.  


Annika Eggert of the Riveters notched a hat-trick on Friday night.
