Spooktacular 2021: Championship Sunday

The Northern Enforcers pulled away for a 16-8 championship win over the 'Merica 13's in Sunday's Squirt finale.

Umland, Freske lead Enforcers' victory

The Northern Enforcers raced out to a 5-1 lead over the 'Merica 13's, then cruised to a 16-8 victory on Sunday to capture the championship of the Spooktacular's Squirt B/C Division. 

The Enforcers were led in the title-game by Logan Umland's four goals, followed by Hunter Freske's three tallies. Freske was named the Tournament's Most Valuable Player for his performance over the weekend, leading the Enforcers with 21 goals. His 21 scores were one shy of the tournament lead, with Luke Elvecrog netting a league-high 22 goals for the PostBusters. 

After Freske, Logan Umland and Chase Lonnquist led the Northern Enforcers in scoring with 14 goals apiece. 

Dain Hensler, Logan Gliniany, and Jack Stevens all scored two goals in the loss for the 'Merica 13's. Stevens, Gliniany, and Malachi Peck all tied for the team's lead in scoring with 16 goals each.
