A Summit Orthopedics feature with Kam Kaiser & Kaydence Roeske.

Kaydence Roeske - Paynseville/River Lakes

Despite being 5'3", Kaydence Roeske has had 258 career kills and 384 career digs in just 162 games for Paynesville Volleyball.

Roeske plays shortstop for the Paynesville softball team as well. She was named All-Central Minnesota Conference last season after hitting .430 with 21 runs batted in and 22 stolen bases for the Bulldogs.

To make her resume even more impressive, she stands tall in the net for River Lakes as their starting goalie. Last season, she had 5 shutouts and saved 544 of 580 shots on goal (.938 SV%). River Lakes made it to the 2A Championship last season before being ousted by Willmar.

Kam Kaiser - Northfield

Kam Kaiser was the starting quarterback for Northfield for three seasons and rushed for over 1,600 yards - 8th all-time in school history. In 2023, Kaiser led the Raiders to an appearance in the Class 5A, Section 1 Championship game after rushing for over 1,000 yards and was named to the 2023 Minnesota Vikings All-State Team.

On the baseball diamond in 2023, Kaiser helped the Raiders to the doorstep of last season's State Tournament before bowing out in the Class 3A Section 1 Finals.

Northfield Raiders hockey also had a good run with Kaiser, with an appearance at the Class AA State Tournament ultimately losing to  St. Cloud Cathedral in the Quarterfinals.  Kam Kaiser was their leading goal-scorer this last season, with 37 goals and 20 assists.
