If nothing could go right for Prior Lake, everything went according to plan for White Bear Lake, as the Gobbler's Peewee championship came down to the Lake Show between the Lakers and Bears. 

White Bear Lake scored twice in the opening period as the forward line of Noah Elbaz, Ray Battaglia, and Thomas Starke applied constant pressure to the Lakers. Elbaz and Battaglia concluded the period with one goal and one assist apiece. 

Starke got on the board in the third period, making the score 3-0 in favor of White Bear Lake and effectively putting the game out of reach for the Lakers. Cole Frederickson added the final nail to the coffin. Nathan Boggess polished off the shutout for the Bears' first Gobbler title. 

Prior Lake finished the Gobbler the same way it started - perfect. 

The Lakers capped a 5-0 run through the Gobbler's Bantam field with a 5-1 win over Wayzata, bookending the contest with two goals in the first and third periods, demonstrating their depth with five goal scorers. Zack Written led all skaters in Sunday's championship with a goal and two assists. 

Prior Lake goaltender Jack Evanson was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player, posting two shutouts and allowing just three goals in the Lakers' five wins. Grady Stephens, Brody Rausch, and Joey Volp were also named to the All-Tournament Team, along with Evanson. Volp concluded the Gobbler as the team's scoring leader with six total points. 

Representing Wayzata on the All-Tournament Team were defenseman Ari Jeffers and forward Cole Kremer.
