Lots of commentary this week.
First, Tonka has a tie with Wayzata during the week. Then the Skippers lose 8-0 to Shattuck-SM on Friday and then follow it up with a 7-2 win on Saturday. Go figure.
Then, #2 Moorhead takes a rare loss to #1A Warroad on Friday. They will face Tonka at home for game 3 of their season series this weekend in Potato-Town.
Six of the top-10 were undefeated this week including Stillwater (4 wins) and Chaska-Chan with three.
Unranked Mahtomedi ties T5 SLP/CR, the Zephyrs are playing some teams tough this year.

Now that we are well into the season things are looking pretty stable at the top. There is a little bit of shuffling this week among teams in their position but the order remains relatively the same. Hopkins consider yourself on notice though after dropping two games this past week, your head to head victories will only hold you for so long. Mankato flips with Minnetonka into the #5 spot after defeating them in an easy decision. Eastview/Apple Valley slides into the #10 spot. White Bear Lake drops out of the rankings after a rough week.

We have some stability in these rankings this week as everyone holds onto their spot. Prior Lake and Hermantown both had a loss this week but their overall bodies of work are still strong enough to hold onto the #2 and #3 spots respectively. #9 Mahtomedi picked up a nice tie this week with #1 Minnetonka Blue.

For no major tournaments being held, it was a pretty active week in PWAA. Edina beats Chaska-Chan and East Grand Forks in the same week, the Hornets move up a slot.
Rosemount enters the top-10 with a solid six game stretch. The Irish have beaten Lakeville North, Hastings, Cottage Grove and Rochester.

Well this is an interesting week for the rankings. We have some switch up between the Top 4 teams. Orono and Osseo/Maple Grove slide up to #1 and #2 respectively via the losses that Warroad and Woodbury sustained this week. The rest of the rankings hold steady - Faribault stays undefeated after beating Anoka in the Owatonna tournament Sunday.

A week after this being one of the harder levels to decide this week had some stability to it. The top four remain unchanged as everyone walked away from the week in the Win column. While you may look at Edina Green's past week and wonder how they only dropped two spots, all three losses were to Top 6 teams losing twice to #4 Hermantown in the Head of the Lakes Tournament last weekend and #6 Edina White in district play.

What a week in Squirt A.
The top three teams (Hastings, OMG Crimson and Andover) have established themselves going a 45-2-1.
We have our first District 6 team in the T10 this year. Edina Green beats T5 Wayzata Blue Sunday 7-4 to leap into the rankings.
Several non-metro teams are starting to make their mark: Alexandria, Cloquet, Grand Rapids, Mankato and Rochester have had great starts to the season.
