Over and over again it seemed, the announcement came over the loudspeaker: "Scoring for Dodge County, number seven Brody Lamb, assisted by number four Matthew Donovan."
The duo combined for 13 points, including six of Dodge County's seven goals as the Wildcats edged Wayzata 7-5 to claim the Lumberjack Cup championship.
Lamb scored a Hatty and dished out four assists, while Donovan recorded a Hatty of his own with three helpers. Zachary Ellavsky also scored in the win for Dodge County.
James Tripplett scored two goals for Wayzata, with Andy Leisen, Grant Nelson and Rhys Wallin all adding single goals.

Fechko delivered on Sunday, scoring the game-winner for Chaska/Chanhassen as the Stormhawks downed St. Michael-Albertville 6-5 in overtime in the Peewee AA division.
Fechko finished the game with a Hatty, and Jack Seaverson scored twice for the Stormhawks. Bennett Jax also had a goal for Chaska/Chanhassen.
Five players scored in the loss for St. Michael-Albertville, with Kash Kindgren, Brooks Wilson, Jace Johnson, Kemry Stich and Will Anderson all marking the scoresheet.
