Over the past weekend, dozens of talented girls' hockey players descended on the Eden Prairie Community Center for three days of action-packed hockey in the inaugural edition of the Youth Hockey Hub Danglefest. 

Andover emerged as the champions of the 12A Division, paced by high-flying scorers Isa Goettla and Josie Hemp, who both earned all-tournament honors. Dueling with the Huskies in the finals were the Edina Hornets, who went toe-to-toe the Huskies through seven rounds of the shootout before Andover's Eva Bock ended the seesaw battle.

In the 10A Division, Andover also came away with the hardware, downing a spirited Fargo Freeze (ND) 4-0 squad behind the exceptional goaltending of all-tournament selection Layla Hemp. Fargo's Taylor Kressin was also named to the all-tournament for her work between the pipes.
