On Saturday of the NOW Prospects Combine, the professionals at The Lumberyard took over and began to baseline test each player for Speed, Strength and Shooting. :
Front Acceleration was simply how fast a player can go from point A to point B. The 5-10-5 was a short burst shuttle run of five yards forward, shuttled 10 yards back and five yards back to the beginning. The 300 Shuttle was a longer shuttle of 12 consecutive 25 yard shuttles, the player with the least amount of time was the winner
The folks in Stillwater then began to measure player's physical strength. They gathered data on most Pull Ups, Push Ups and Sit Ups. Followed by the longest standing Broad Jump and the high endurance Box Jumps.
Finally the players were measured for the hardest shot. They put the radar gun on the players as they shot a Slap Shot, Wrist Shot and Backhand.
Here are the results of the Top 10 Performers in all measured exercises.
