Wayzata > Rosemount (6-4)...Mulrenin had two goals and two assists for the Trojans to lead them into the semis. Wayzata ripped off six straight goals to take a five goal lead and eventually held on for the win. Wayzata will play in the Lake Minnetonka Bowl Saturday, taking on rival Minnetonka for a shot at the Ox on Sunday.
Minnetonka > Stillwater (6-1)...after trailing Stillwater 1-0 after the first period the number 1 team in Minnesota tallied three goals in the first four minutes to start the second period and went on to win Saturday 6-1 at Maple Grove West. Luke Loheit lead the Skippers with 2 Goals.
Moorhead > Blaine (4-2)...Thomas Horan had two goals and an assist including a rebound game winning goal with six minutes to go to lift the Spuds to to the W. The Spuds advance to the Final Four in an all north semifinal Saturday night.
Cloquet > Osseo Maple Grove (4-3, OT)...Jon Baker scored with 45 seconds left in Overtime to lead Cloquet into the Blue Ox Final Four. After Connor Winkleman tied the game with 1:41 left for Osseo Maple Grove, the two teams headed to the extra session. Both teams had their chances, OMG on the power play and Baker and his linemate Landon Langenbrunner for the Lumberjacks. Baker got a puck down low and circled through the slot unmolested and found the upper corner with laser to win it for Cloquet.
