On April 13th Landen Gunderson from Osseo Maple Grove was selected the Wiz Wyatt Player of the Year. A difficult choice in a year with several great players from around Minnesota including the four finalists Charlie Sandven, Gavyn Thoreson, Ty Tuccitto and William Whitelaw. 

We took in several hundred games all over the state at the Squirt level finding a gem of a player in just about every pocket of this great state of hockey. Squirt hockey is so much fun to watch and the talent of the players grows each year. Many of them are like TNT, very small packages, but very explosive. This year, the level of skill was at an all time high.
