Edina grabs 15A title in Duluth Sunday

#1 Andover beat #2 Edina to take the Duluth Icebreakers

Tourney Winners

15A - Top ranked Edina slipped past #2 Andover 2-1 to win in Duluth.

12A - Top ranked Andover cruised past #2 Edina 4-0 to take the Icebreakers.

10A - #3 Minnetonka out skated Edina Green to take the 10's 4-0.

Jaron Smith scored two goals for Brainerd yesterday

Brainerd beats East in Bantam AA 4-1

Brainerd scored three unanswered third period goals and netminder Luke Saiko turned away 19 East shots to lead Brainerd to a 4-1 win over Duluth East on Saturday.  Jaron Smith had two goals to lead the Warriors.

Top Ranked Tonka Falls Twice

Number 1-AA Minnetonka fell twice this weekend, once to Minneapolis (6-3) on Saturday and again Sunday to 2-AA Stillwater. Both the Skippers and Ponies expected to fall in this week's Staff Rankings.

Prior Lake goes 1-2 on NW Road trip

Surging Prior Lake (4-0-2 in last six) headed northwest to play Fargo, Moorhead and Grand Forks. Winning their first game 9-3 over Fargo. And then fell 4-2 to Moorhead and 6-1 to #1 NOW Ranked Grand Forks.

Bantam AA: Burnsville wins the Neal Broten Roseau...beating host Rams 6-5.
Bantam B: Edina Green beats Sibley to take Prior Lake title.
Bantam B: Park Cottage Grove takes New Richmond beating New Richmond 5-1.
