Always Great, Never Plain

Great Plains Hockey announced its plans for the 2018 North American Hockey Classic (The Show).

Players from North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota, northern Wisconsin and Thunder Bay (ON)  are invited to try out for our 2007 team that will participate in next summer's Show, held in Bloomington, Minnesota.

Great Plains has finished second in the USA pool two of the first three seasons and has boasted several top players including Isaac Howard, Max Plante, William Whitelaw and Brodie Ziemer in its first three years. 

Players wishing to try out for our 2018 team can register today following this link.

Day one of the evaluation process will be held October 14 (7:00 pm at Bloomington Ice Garden, followed by two skates on October 15 (12:45 and 2:15 pm).

Cost for each skate is $20.


The 2017 Great Plains team finished as runner-up in the United States bracket.
