Surrounded by ostensibly greener hockey pastures, the hockey folks in Saskatchewan and North Dakota are doing their best to retain top players.
Champions are crowned in Blaine as this year's tournament comes to a close.
The 2010 Team Sask Head Coach chats his home province, what seeing Saskatchewan natives play for Team Canada means to female youth players, and why tournaments like the NAFE Showcase are important to retain homegrown talent.
