Peewee Division Recap

With three teams in the Peewee Division for this year, MPH stands alone at the top of the standings. MPH has rolled to a 4-0 record through four games and cemented its place in the title game, scoring over 100 goals en route to the finals. Joining MPH in the championship will be the Puck Heads, the only team to stay close with MPH through Pool Play.

Puck Head skaters Dylan Otten, Jacob Guille, and Tre Peck lead the Peewee Division in scoring, with Otten posting 32 goals, Guille scoring 21, and Peck tallying 20 scores. MPH's Avi Kasargod follows Peck with 19 goals, while Carson Steinhoff has 16, and both Gabe Perron and Daylin Cline have 15 each.

Due to weather, the Peewee championship will be played on New Year's Day at 4:40 P.M.

Squirt A Division Recap

Through three days of competition, there are three teams with unblemished records in the Squirt A Division in Silent Knight, the Pride, and the Green Grinches. All three of those teams hold 2-0 records after Saturday. Max Aldrich and Joey Stewart of the Knights (not to be confused with Silent Knight) are currently atop the list of scoring leaders with nine and eight goals, respectively.

With a single SQA game to be played on Sunday and full docket on Monday, this division still has a ways to go before any team can truly separate themselves.

Joey Stewart of the Knights scored four goals in Saturday's win over Nice List.

10U Division Recap

Another division with three teams, the 10U's have odd standings based on the number of games played for the teams.

Tommy Chicago paces the division with a 2-0 record after defeating Minnesota Steel 18-5 on Saturday night. The Southwest Sharks are second for now with a 2-1 record, earning wins over the Minnesota Steel while dropping a contest to Tommy Chicago.

Ella Sharkey, aptly named considering the team she's playing for are the Southwest Sharks, is the 10U Division leading scorer with 12 goals in three games.

Pride SQA goaltender Kayla Swartout has played exceptionally during this year's tournament, allowing just five goals in two full games.
