The Jane Ring/Sue Ring-Jarvi Girls’/Women’s Hockey Fund was created to help female hockey players graduating from Minnesota high schools attend accredited colleges or universities in their freshman year. All graduating hockey playing high school seniors with plans for college are encouraged to apply.

Deadline for scholarship application is Friday, April 30, 2021.

ELIGIBILITY

Applicants must –

• Be female high school seniors graduating from high schools in Minnesota
• Play varsity hockey or its equivalent while in high school.
• Plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited college, university or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year.
• Have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale during their senior year in high school.

AWARDS

• Up to three awards of up to $2,500 each will be granted. Awards are one-time and are not renewable.
• Awards are for undergraduate study only and may be used for tuition, fees, books, supplies and required equipment.
