Tonka is off to a fast start - going undefeated against top competition right out of the gate. The Skippers won the Cake Eater Classic Sunday over Stillwater Red. Stillwater only has two losses on the season to the state's biggest 15A juggernauts Edina and Tonka. Rochester is loaded this year and are undefeated.
Three wins by Alexandria keeps the Cardinals in the top spot for 15A's, with Minnetonka Black as close as possible behind after winning the Cake Eater.
A mere two goals kept Woodbury from leapfrogging Rochester for the No. 4 spot. The Predators lost twice during the Cake Eater, falling to Stillwater Red and Edina Green by identical scores of 3-2. Prior to the losses against the Ponies and the Hornets, the Predators had posted three consecutive shutouts.

Woodbury's Madison Mills scores a goal during last weekend's Cake Eater in Edina.
Minnetonka took home top honors at this weekend's Cake Eater in Edina, emerging as the only undefeated squad in a stacked field. Remarkably, every skater on the Skipper roster registered at least one point during the tournament.
Woodbury and Edina also had strong showings at the Cake Eater and will be top-10 fixtures all season, while Centennial/Spring Lake Park and Chaska/Chanhassen maintain the No. 3 and No. 4 slots.
