Halverson led the Hornets to yet another state championship with her two-goal, seven-point performance on the state's biggest stage, anchoring a forward line that became the darling of the tourney as the event progressed.
During one of the most challenging seasons in recent memory for the Edina girls' program, the senior captain Halverson was a constant, leading the team in scoring with 28 goals and 57 points.
The Wisconsin commit concludes her high school career with 87 goals and 206 points in five varsity seasons, and won a Class A state title in 2020 as an eighth-grader at Breck before transferring to her local Hornet program, where she won another two state crowns.
Halverson recorded two goals and seven points during Edina's run to the Class AA state championship.
